Nutrition Coaching

We offer Nutrition coaching that is personalized to you and your needs and wants diet wise as well! Our services are purchased with 6 sessions, 1 initial meeting lasting approximately 45 mins to 1 hour, and 5 follow-ups weekly to check in for 15 mins each. This 5 week plan costs $150. 

*This is also available online over Skype or video calling platforms as well.

Team Training

Are you a coach or a player of a travel, club, AAU, high school, collegiate, or professional sports team?

We offer top notch training at reasonable rates.  Prices for our services start as low as $60/hr.

Teams we have worked with in the past and/or currently work with include: University of Texas Longhorns Men's Basketball, Tri Town Thunder AAU basketball team, UMaine Track and Field, PRHS Boys and Girls Basketball, PRHS Girls Softball, PRHS Football, Edward Little Boys Basketball, Edward Little Girls Basketball, Lewiston Baseball, Portland Porpoises Swim Club, Westbrook Seals Swim Club, USM Women's Ice Hockey, and USM Men's Soccer.
