2025 Athletic development:
Athlete combine testing $25 one time fee
Our combine testing goes beyond stopwatches and 1 rep maxes, we are using technology to unlock more strength, speed and agility in the athlete. Tests consist of 5-10-5 agility, vertical jump, single leg vertical jump, broad jump, deadlift, bench press, isolated strength measurements, 10-5 RSI test, depth drop test, trap bar deadlift jump and pull ups. These tests have something special behind them though. Using accelerometers, we will test the speed at which weight is moved giving us deeper insight into how an athlete will perform in their sport. Yes, strength is important, but it needs to be utilized on the field, court, ice or floor, to really be effective. Our accelerometers will also show us elastic efficiency, the ability to handle force and transform it for advantage. An athlete’s body is like a rubber band and the better the band stretches and recoils, the higher level the athlete will perform at.
We are taking the traditional combine tests and adding more informative data and higher quality statistics so we can train the athlete to be at the highest level achievable.
12-week program following combine testing.
This training programs will encompass all branches of athletics that the combine testing touched upon. Overall, it will make a more robust athlete who resists injury and performs at a higher level. The program has a background of plyometrics, functional movement patterns and conditioning but most importantly it will evolve the athlete physically.
The program is broken up into 3 segments: hypertrophy, recruitment and athletic ability. The first 4 weeks is hypertrophy which is a word meaning muscle growth. We begin the program by increasing the physical size and number of muscle fibers in the athlete; we lay a foundation for what comes next. Week 5-8 is Recruitment; this is a process of turning on all this newly formed muscle, firing every muscle fiber so the gains become functional and operational. Many sets of heavy weight at 2-4 reps causes a massive increase in power and capability to withstand intense forces. The last 4 weeks of the program are then used sharpen the evolved athlete and refine their skills. During these 4 weeks athletes will see exercises that resemble what their specific sport consists of. For example, a baseball pitcher may throw weighted balls, or a lacrosse forward might perform agile cuts and accelerations while ball handling. After the full 12-week program concludes those who have stayed will then run through another combine and results will be compared to the first test.
2025 Schedule:
Spring Athlete combine testing Saturday March 22nd high school at 8am and middle school at 9:30am
12 week program March 31st - June 20th
Program will run every Monday and Wednesday at Prime360, high school at 3pm and Middle school at 4pm. Boys and girls train together.
You may sign up for just the combine or just the program or both
Summer: June 23-August 1 (6 weeks) (Test in June 21-Test out August 2) (optional 2 week add on until August 15)
College Programming: May 19th to August 9th (12 weeks)
Autumn: August 25th-November 14th (12 Weeks)
Winter ‘26: Dec 8-March 6th (xmas week off)
