My name is Suzette and I have been practicing energy work for over twenty five years. My first step on the path of healing work was becoming trained in Reiki. I had no idea where it would take me, but I knew it was meant for me. Over the years it has led me to some wonderful opportunities and learning experiences. Several years ago it led me to Thai Bodywork. I knew this was my next step in offering healing work to those in my community. This modality blends together my passion for energy work, my belief in the benefit of healing touch, and my love of yoga movements.  

Thai Bodywork blends conscious touch, range of motion stretches, rocking, and energy work to help the body create space for healing, experience pain relief, increase mobility and to find its balance.

 Sessions are performed on a massage table while clothed. Wearing comfortable workout style clothing will allow you to remain comfortable for the entire session. Part of the beauty of Thai Bodywork is that it meets you where your healing needs are at.

During 2023 I took my next step in healing work and received a certification in Pranayama and mediation.  I am excited to offer the benefits of focused breath work and chanting to my available services.

Sessions Pricing:

 $75 for 1 hour 

$110 for 1.5 hours

$130 for 2 hours
