Power and Strength Assessments
Test your vertical jump, standing broad jump, squats, and push ups. Get data on your current performance and learn where you are today and what you need to improve to increase your athletic capabilities
Agility and Quickness
We will perform a jump rope assessment, 5-10-5, and test your ground contact time with our timing system. The ground contact time is the best assessment to see how quickly you can decelerate one movement and perform another.
